My name is Don Widmayer; I am the owner and instructor with over 35 years in the real estate business. I have taught live classroom courses in several states and ran and managed a real estate school, including this school. I have also written real estate courses since 2005 and have seen the need to make these courses more interactive.

Our courses include video, animations, and text to help get the information you need to pass the course and the state exam. All our licensing courses, as well as our school and instructors, are approved and licensed by the state.
